Spicy Southern (Ontario) Black ‘n’ White Beans: This hearty meal is loaded with black turtle and white navy beans from Waterford, with black organic kale from Zephyr Organics and juicy tomatoes from Sovereign Farms.
Also on offer: Ontario Feast of the Season Stirfry! We’re taking advantage of nature’s bounty, and wokking-up a locally-inspired stirfry. In it: LFP green beans and zucchini from Sovereign Farms in Waterford, broccoli from Tindale Farms, and sweet organic peppers from Meadowsweet Farms in Gormley.

As always, we’ve got our signature Confetti Salad, featuring The New Farm’s premium organic salad mix and Greenbelt Farms sunflower microgreens and loaded with LFP carrots and golden beets from Hillside Garden Farms in Bradford.
Our party hearty muffins this week are chock-a-block full of peaches. There may be a brand new “Gobbler Cobbler” dessert waiting for you as well. Get them while you can, and enjoy with a mug of T.A.N. coffee or espresso, or cup of Kitimai tea.
