Russian Potato Salad with White Bean Dilly “Mayonnaise” featuring organic, LFP German Butterball potatoes and rainbow beets from the New Farm in Creemore, green onions & dill from ANC Farms in Bradford, organic cucumbers from Gormley, and white beans from Pristine Gourmet in Waterford.

Confetti Salad: Spicy arugula and greens from the New Farm and Meadowsweet Farm, with Spring Pea Microgreens from Greenbelt Farms in Stouffville and multicolour carrots from Hillside Garden Farm. Served with your choice of dressing.

Hummus:  Our secret hummus is made with Canadian-eh chickpeas and organic garlic from August’s Harvest in Stratford. Served with homemade bread.
