Membership and Pricing Changes
As you may be aware, Harvest Noon is more than just a café—it’s a co-operative! As of this week, we will be inviting all patrons of the café to become members of the co-operative. Membership encourages a sense of community support and ownership of the organization, and comes with a number of individual benefits, including:
- Cheaper ‘member prices’ on food served at the cafe (see below)
- Discounted rates on workshops and events held by the co-operative
- Voting and speaking rights at our general meetings
…and more! For more information please see our Membership Agreement, available upon request at the cafe.
How to become a member:
Membership is open to anyone willing to support the cafe in its operations and principles, without discrimination. You can become a member by signing our Membership Agreement, available at the cafe. We also ask that all new members either contribute a one-time $5 suggested donation, or volunteer a minimum of two shifts at the cafe.
Member & non-member prices:
Beginning Monday, September 24th, all non-members will be pay an extra 10% on all purchases made at the cafe. This fee is meant to encourage membership in the co-operative, and all proceeds will directly go to support the operations and initiatives of the organization. Our prices for members will remain the same as always!
If you have any questions about membership, feel free to shoot us an email at info AT harvestnoon DOT com, or, just ask a staff member or volunteer at the cafe!
