This week we’ve got an Ontario Feast of the Season Stir Fry! In it: LFP green beans from Sovereign Farms in Waterford, Bok Choy from Zephyr Organics, Broccoli from Tindale Farms, and LFP peppers from St. David’s Hydroponics in Niagara. Served with organic sticky “millet rice”.
Our salad features organic greens from the New and Meadowsweet Farms, and a delicious mix of Shungiku and Daikon Radish microgreens from Greenbelt Farms.
This week’s party hearty muffins: Peach! With lots of extra peaches for snacking.
